I am dreaming to build the first vocational/technical college in my hometown in Bicol specifically located in Manito, Albay - Philippines. It's a town that has public elementary and secondary schools but no college yet. Building a school in this town means no competition and it also means a big help to the high school graduates because they will no longer need to go to Legaspi City (4 hours ride from Manito) to study in college.
